PMO Fit-Out Management
PMO Fit-Out Management Division handles the management and supervision of the fit-out process on behalf of the Developer or Master Developer, ensuring full compliance with community guidelines and authorities’ regulations. We have developed our own online portal for application submission and follow up, from initial stages till final project handover. We have even developed a standard procedure for pre-approving contractors and listing them in our system for future fit-out jobs.
